    Goals: More water and start doing cardio. I have also started reading about eating clean. Going to talk to my nutritionist about it next week. Don't know if I can actually pull it off but looking into it. It's just a thought at this point.

    Goals: I managed to make it to the gym 3 times last week. I am going to try for 5 times this week. I've switched more than half of my sweets to fruit instead. This week I am going to switch part of the fruits to vegetables instead.
