Dips for vegetables

Can anyone suggest a dip that is tasty and low in calories. I'm currently eating a Knorr's vegetable and spinach dip but it has so many calories. Grant it...a tablespoon turns out to be a good amount but I want fewer calories

    Artisan Fresh Pesto sauce

    plain greek yogurt and a pkg of powdered ranch dip.

    I love to use olive oil and hot sauce (0 sugar hot sauce). I measure the oil and mix them together. Spread it over the veggies or use it as a dip for meat and veggies.

    fat free greek yogurt+ mashed avocado+ diced jalapeno + diced onion + lime juice + salt and pepper. Very yummy dip for veggies or topping for tacos, burrito bowls etc.
