Cold Oatmeal - Rolled Oats, Kefir, Nuts, Cinnamon. Let it sit over night then add anything else you may want on it. (Apples, Banana's, blueberries, coconut slivers)

I've read a lot about overnight oats but haven't tried it. It really works? Sounds good, and convenient0

Yes, it works - just use equal amounts of oats and liquid + other goodies of your choice; like blueberries for example.0

Overnight oats made with cashew chocolate milk. Warm it up the next morning and add 2T of peanut butter. Yummy! Tastes like no bake cookies.0

So it's that simple? Just equal parts of rolled outs to liquid? No cooking involved?0
