I am 5 ft 2 mum of 3 young boys

I am breastfeeding my son about 80% exclusively (I estimated 400 cals aday)
I have 60lbs to lose and currently weigh 14stone 12.

I made a mistake with tdee and was eating my workout calories. Now I am stumped whether to just use mfp or continue with tdee.

I do fitness blender workouts x6 days a week a combo of cardio and weights.

Could someone help me work out how many calories I should eat?

I should add I like the idea of tdee as I can just eat the same amount each day. I have yet to lose any weight.

Bold is your clue. If you aren't losing weight over a period of four weeks (for example) then you are eating at your maintenance calories and you will have to reduce slightly to create a deficit.
Your body is a far better calculator than any online resource or formula!

One caveat - if you have only just started exercising you may have some soreness/inflamation. That water weight is temporary and may confuse things for a few weeks.

Also, breastfeeding is unlikely to be as high as 400 kcal. I'm a midwife and my texts say 300 kcal with 100% breastfeeds :)

After stopping breastfeeding I gained 9kg in 3 months... I'm sure most of it was psychological, but some of it was being used to being able to eat a lot more.

Most estimates of the extra calories needed for breastfeeding include a certain level of weight loss. Annoyingly I can't find the research from a quick google. It also depends on the age of the baby/child.

Hiya I started to lose weight now. I think it was my body adjusting to the new workouts I was doing.
