Today is the 1st day of the challenge!!!. Don't forget to update your weight and goals on the weigh in tab.

Today:
3/4 gallon of water
yoga
swimming outdoors
walk on the beach
Good choices!!

I am on semi-vacation 1/2 mornings working remotely out of Florida this week but will be mindful of healthy choices in the face of the overindulgent restaurant meccas.

I am really looking forward to reading all of your goals and effort as we take off in 2016 and reach for the stars!!

    Woohoo! Ready for an amazing 100 days. Unfortunately starting the challenge while taking a sick day, so no exercise for me.
    My goals:
    2L of water / green tea
    Not indulging myself with junk just because I'm sick

    My goals for today:

    1. Allpro butchered beginner routine, day 5 - done
    2. Log all food
    3. Reach protein goal
    4. Make plans for food for next couple of days

    Day 1/100! New day, new beginnings! I'm up 4 lbs from Christmas...I gave myself 3 days of no worries, and blah! It's okay..I'll get there! Food prep was on point yesterday, so glad I had the time to do it! I have one week to get things going because my semester starts back up and I'm taking two doctoral level courses this time, and I'm starting to freak out a tad! Plus, working at a University, the semester starts and things get crazy, so I need to stay focused!

    Today:
    1. Eat within calories
    2. Hit macros
    3. Drink at least 12 cups of water
    4. Hit the gym
    5. Get to bed at a decent time!

    Same goals.
    I am fighting a cold and very sore throat. This is usually a downfall because I want to eat ice cream when my throat is sore. I will resist!!!

    Log every bite and swallow.
    Take my own munchies to the football party. Go Tigers!!
    No gym today tutoring and game after work. Get my 10,000 steps today at work by walking the track at recess.

    I had a lazy weekend but I did manage to lose a pound last week.

    Gym
    Drink more water ( I tend to go for hot tea instead of water in the winter)
    Eat healthy

    new goals are to watch calories but to make sure I'm consuming enough sodium blood pressure is too low. So revamp the food aspect. Get plenty of rest.

    Please make sure you have your starting weight and goal into the spreadsheet. I will be doing the official sort tonight (alphabetical) and assigning ID numbers. People can still add up until the first milestone day, but the sheet will not be resorted after tonight. Also, you can edit your weight loss goal until milestone 1.

    3. 3 mile run

    Good morning everyone and welcome to the first day of our 100 day journey!!!
    I met all my goals for yesterday :)
    I started today with a bit of a dilemma. My weight was up 2 lb since yesterday and that was 4 lb over my pre Christmas weight. Yes, it's that time of the month and I shouldn't expect miracles to happen but I was a bit upset since I know I'm doing all the right things. I was so tempted to just enter yesterday's weight as my starting point... But that would mean I am ashamed of who I am today, and I will never be ashamed of who I am!!!
    While my brain was pondering this dilemma, I ran to my closet and pulled out the "pants of truth" = the smallest pair of pants I own. I tried them on and much to my surprise they fit better than ever :)
    The best weapon against a mean scale :)
    I'm not upset anymore, I feel quite happy and ready to have an awesome day: drink my water, eat good, do my workout, chin-ups and push-ups and get some good rest.
    Let's make this Monday fabulous!!!!!

    I am so happy you continued the 100 day challenge. By far my favorite challenge that Ive done on mfp. The set up is great!

    My goals today...
    1. Hit 10k steps
    2. stay within calorie limit
    3. drink a gallon of water!

    2. Stay under my fitbit calorie limits
    3. Do one hour of exercise
    4. Hit at least one of my favoured macros (either fat or protein...or both)

    Yesterday I ran 16 miles, which is a new record for me. :triumph:
    I ate over my calorie goal but still netted (1800) enough calories to loose half a pound!
    I ate some dessert but I earned it! :yum:
    I feel really sore today and will probably have the activity level of a slug. Lol. So, I'll try not to overeat.
    I'll take a starting picture today and make it my profile photo.
