Anyone tried shake duet to jump start?

Wondering if anyone has tried one of those liquid/ shake plans to jump start a little weight loss? The plan I bought is really filling but missing food.

    I tried a liquid diet for two weeks (my own foods liquidised) and it works really well.

    I think the body gets used to not having a full stomach and your stomach then shrinks.

    When you go back to eating more solid foods it is a good idea to have a couple of liquid days every week or two to help keep your stomach small.

    I found it hard to start with but you do adjust, stick with it.

    You may try doing the shakes on alternate days. It's hard to do them daily on a long-term plan. If you alternate days, you should still lose some weight but won't feel as deprived. On the non-shake days, you could just eat more normally, but not with wild abandon.

    Thanks. Trying to jump start some weight loss. Have 35 lbs. to lose. Love how simple the shakes are- just water, ice, shake mix- blend. I feel very full. Not craving sugar so much.
    Craving a big salad though.
