    Goals for today
    1) 3.75 mile run /tone it up video
    2) yoga( before bed)
    3) log all meals

    My goals achieved for today, only small challenges but three out of three gives a little boost...

    Always poor on my water so taking from @jmedgar above tomorrow's goals will be

    Drink a gallon
    Hour of yoga
    Skip the chocolate again, writing it down made avoiding it today a lot easier!

    I'm feeling under the weather today so I'm keeping my goals simple.
    *log all foods and stay under calorie goal
    *no eating out
    *at least 8 cups if water
    *get a good night of sleep

    My first day went well. Can not believe that I charted and was right on point. I joined weight watchers and am hyped. :smiley:
