Skip the chocolate again, writing it down made avoiding it today a lot easier!0 -
I'm feeling under the weather today so I'm keeping my goals simple.
*log all foods and stay under calorie goal
*no eating out
*at least 8 cups if water
*get a good night of sleep0 -
