I thought I did this before, and somehow, that post seems to have gone away! I'll be back to recreate what I posted before when I have a few minutes.

Woah...what a difference a week can do. It seems that my last week weight gain, must have been all salt because I'm back in the 153s again.
Woot Woot. Keep going down! 10,000 step goal done for the day too. :)

I still don't know what happened to my first weigh-in thread and post from yesterday, but here are my stats. My main reaction is that I'm not happy about staying in the same zone, but at the same time, I'm so relieved that that big jump I saw was a temporary thing. I never want to see that figure on the scale again. But maybe seeing it for a couple of days was a wake up call. Next week, ladies, I'd better be at 145 something or less. I have to button those suit pants in 3 more weeks! :D

Holidays are over. MIL is back at her house. Vacation is over. I will be shopping this weekend for my optimal foods and I will be working with my food coach beginning Monday again and resume training Monday evening as well.

Great job for keeping your numbers in line during the holidays - you all did awesome. Most of you are following me on facebook so you saw all of the wonderful adventures I had while in Hawaii. Lots of fun stuff and I wish I were still there.

Sarah find me on Fitbit...if you're friends with Kelly, look under her friends for Scared O Bugs.

At the office this morning we had our annual health screening for our insurance vitality points. Dang I HATE that finger poker. Stupid thing hurt AND made me jump and kick. All of the numbers are in line and holding. Still a healthy chubby fit girl. haha

FINALLY, I'm baaaack like the terminator, ha ha! And I WILL be terminting all the eating of sugar and drinking of alcohol!

Just finished reading back through all the posts I missed. Lois, I posted my mileage on the Run the Year Calendar. 10.5 miles. I know, pathetic. It looks like our team is doing great . . . NO HELP FROM ME! I cannot even believe how much time I spent sitting in the car, sitting at my kids homes, sitting, sitting, sitting. My lower back is killing me. Our return trip was delayed due to frozen rain in Portland. But, it was great fun. My grandkids are adorable, and we had so much fun together. It feels great to be back, unpacked, laundry in progress, mail in a stack. I'm headed to the treadmill and dumbbells now. . the Christmas decorations getting put away will have to wait :) Hubby is getting groceries for me . . <3

I did get on the scale today, and of course, my weight is up to 133. Could be worse, as I remember all the eating, drinking, and not moving. I wish I had done better, but oh well. I'm hoping some will come off quickly, and I'll post on my next weigh-in Wednesday.

Kelly, great job!! That's a huge loss! It really motivates me to get going.

Lois, I loved all the Facebook photos! Beautiful Hawaii. You had a really active holiday . . way to go. My activity was playing with my grandkids and walking to the dinner table, LOL!

Sarah, I'm so sorry to read about your sister breaking her hip. She has had some very hard times. My sister has as well. I found you on FitBit and sent a friend request. I'm so happy you've joined! Hopefully you'll get used to the site and logging on MFP. You asked how I got the scale moving in an earlier post. Nothing that interesting really . . just logging everything (even supplements and coffee) to make sure I have a good deficit, doing my best to get my 10K steps, some intervals (maybe once or twice a week because I hate them), some weight lifting, mostly eliminating sugar and alcohol, and eating some protein with every meal.

    Happy New Year SNS's!

Hi, Sheesh. I was so happy that Kelly and I were online while everyone was away. If she had not been here, I would have been totally isolated from my buds, but I'm really happy to see you and Lois both back online, too.

I know that Light's mom came for an unexpected stay, so between having an older house guest, the holidays, and working, she's probably not getting much computer time. And Light, I know you said that 2,016 miles is probably beyond what you can do given your schedule, and that's okay. I'm in the same boat. We'll just log whatever we do. I expect that I'll be working even more hours in 2016 than in 2015--albeit for the same money. Arghhh.

Thanks, Sheesh, for remembering to share what you did to get the scale moving again. I think one my biggest issues is the amount of fat in my diet. My calories are pretty good, but I'm always over with fat. I think a lot of that comes from cheese, milk, and butter. I'm going to cut back on cheese and milk and ask hubby to please cut down on the butter he uses as seasoning (or else take my serving out before he loads up those beans or those potatoes)!

I'll find you on Fitbit just as soon as I get another break. I was waiting on data, and now it's here.

Lois, the numbers are truly pathetic, but here goes:
    Jan 1 - 2.4 miles
    Jan 2 - 2.5
    Jan 3 - 1.6
    Jan 4 - 1.45
    Jan 5 - 1.1
    Jan 6 - 1.45

An embarrassing 10.5 miles total. :s

sheesh, my numbers aren't any better... just added them to the other thread.

I have so much personal stuff to catch up on but wanted to check in here first. Took mom to the airport today and now have some real serious work ahead of me to get back on track and undo the damage done with all the eating out we did, the snacking and poor activity/exercise. My weight shows it and I am back at my restart weight of 188 :( That does NOT make me happy. So, I am off to log what I will be eating tomorrow and then get my 30 minutes of intentional exercise in...

Sure, if you could get me the addresses, that would be helpful. I know you posted them somewhere, but I can't find them.
