What are your plans to keep yourself on plan?


Me I have 1 more workout for the week tomorrow, and I plan to continue to log everything and keep up with my water.

I also plan on taking a big tasty salad for myself to our friends tomorrow to eat while they eat pizza, I am not in a spot where I can eat it yet without going overboard so I will just not eat it. But I have some good fixings to go on it that will keep it healthy and keep my full.

    Sounds like a good plan. We must plan ahead to be successful. Failing to plan means planning to fail. You'll soon get strong enough to have that pizza in moderation. Until then enjoy your delicious salad.

    I took a salad but after crunching numbers I was well within the ability to have some pizza so I did have 3 pieces (thin Crust) and they were absolutely amazing. :)

    It's kinda nice not having to restrict anything but rather be able to enjoy in moderation isn't it :-)
