Bike riding friends?

Are there any Minnesotans who like to ride bikes? I'm a casual/slowish (avg speed between 6-9 mph) biker but I love riding & would like more friends to ride with.

    Geez Patti, You sound like you would be a perfect riding partner for my sister, but she lives in St Cloud. How's your riding going?

    I've actually only been out once this summer, mostly because I'd rather ride with a friend than by myself. I'm hoping to get out riding on Monday since it's a holiday & will be cooler next week, maybe I can get out a few times this fall.

    I'm also a casual rider (read, incapable of going fast due to weak legs and numbing fear of speed), but I enjoy it a lot :) I got 3 bikes stolen in the past 2 years, so I won't be getting another one until we move to a safer neighborhood. I'd love to go for a ride next summer, though. Maybe use one of those Nice Ride bikes?
