just been told I have ibs and celiac disease so just starting a new way of life I also have pcos and ideas of tasty good and nice products would be a great help

I have IBS, POF (pre ovarian failure), Hashimotos and I have a gluten intolerance. I like to use Pinterest to find good ideas. I also tend to come up with my own recipes (granola bars, hummus, smoothies etc). You can also find a lot of good GF items in stores. They can be more expensive and are usually higher in calorie count than regular items so I only buy them when I am short on time.0
