Just finally getting on track from Holidays. Really starting to feel like I'm ready to go! I lost 100 lbs a few years back and am ready to get back to maintenance. Let's do this!!

Goals:
Get to the gym!
Drink water
Log foods

    Morning. It's nice to see I am not the only early bird. Congratulations on keeping the weight off. If you have any tips from your journey we would love to hear them.

    Yesterday was a good day
    1) keep with prelogged eating plan - mostly achieved
    2) watch the portion size of the chips- left about a third
    3) hang out washing - done
    4) no social media after 9- done

    Today the plan is to
    Not snack at work
    Drink less coffee and more mint tea
    Yoga after work
    Asleep by 9.30

    3. Reach protein goal - done
    4. Get 8hrs of sleep - done
    5. Yoga session - shoulders and back are tight! - nope

    Goals for today
    1. Log all food
    2. Allpro butchered beginner routine, day 6 - 50% done so far
    3. Reach protein goal
    4. Reach calorie goal

    This Party is taking off!!

    Yesterday. Maintenance was good-vacation mode. NOT ENOUGH WATER!!! Short run before dinner always helps on vacation. Cleaning the beach house is ahead of schedule.

    Today: Finish cleaning. Paint a few doors. Hit the beach and pool!!! 3/4 gallon of water

    Good morning!!! Yesterday was an on point day! Got in my 12 cups of water, hit my macros pretty well and had a great burn at the gym!

    Today, is to hit those macros, stay relatively within my calories and drink my water! We are going to the beach for the long weekend, so I'm hoping to stick to good food and to run outside! It won't be really warm, but I'll be out somewhere different to run!

    Home sick today. No voice and feeling run over. I usually teach through illness, but with no voice, can't do it.

    Goals today: Eat well (1200 calories because of no activity)
    Sleep
    If not sleepy, enter grades into electronic grade book.

    Good morning. Yesterday I went over on my calories so today will lighten it up to compensate. Scale is up this morning but have some muscle soreness so some of that may be DOMS and some from yesterdays overage. Eat light, drink lots and it should disappear in a few days. Up side is my clothes are fitting a little better today.

    Todays goals:
    Jillian Michaels beginner 30 Day Shred level 2 - done
    eat only what I brought
    HIIT class tonight
    drink water

    I had a good day yesterday, but a little disappointed by the scale still not budging. : ( I know it will come. Today's goals are: stay within calorie limit, work out (done), positive thoughts.

    I hit my goals yesterday. This week at work is extremely busy and stressful, so falling back on the good habits that I've established to help see me through.

    2. 12k steps
    3. HIIT run

    Good morning everyone!!!
    Yesterday was a very good day and I accomplished all my tasks plus some extras.
    Today will be a very active day, I'm hitting the gym later, going for a walk and all the other daily basics. I'm finally starting to let go of the stress I gathered for the past 2 weeks... It takes me a while to realize that I can't control and plan everything but as long as I do what I can, the chips will fall nicely into place.

    It's been a few days since I've checked in. But I've still been doing well with my goals. Staying under my calories and getting my steps most days. My weight is already down from when I plugged it into the spreadsheet!

    Goals for today:
    At least 20 minutes of exercise
    10000 steps
    Stay under pre exercise calorie goal
