Need to lose 90 lbs.

I've just hopped aboard the MFP weight loss train.
I have 90 whopping lbs. to lose.
I need all of the support that I can get in order to stay on track so if you need another support person for an accountability friend~

    I have 70lbs to lose. I have just kept gaining for the last 4 years. Feel horrible.
    But I'm not giving up as I know I can feel and look better with the right choices.
    We CAN do this!!

    A nice cup of hot tea with a little squeeze of fresh lemon is good for me vs. a late night snack. Zero calories!

    I love tea at night time.

    Stay positive ladies and make small changes - one at a time and it gets a little easier each day.

    It does get easier--I've made some good habits during the time I've been using MFP--trying to stay positive though, because I've stalled. Thanks for being here, everyone. I know we'll help each other.
