Hello my friends!
I can't go to the gym or go out for a jog tonight. I'm feeling so lost! I could play the guitar, colour in some books or read a book but I'm missing doing something energetic. I've done the usual chores (washing up, cleaning, laundry etc) but I'm feeling restless! Maybe I should get my pencils and do some colouring, eventually I'll chill out but at the moment, I can't see that happening and I'm feeling as if I just drunk a whole cafetière of strong Italian coffee. Do you guys get like that and what do you do to relax?

Want something new to do? Youtube "workouts for hotel room" or something like that. I bet there are a TON of body-weight exercises that are killer!

I put my UFC training wii game on but realised I didn't have enough space in my living room! So I rearranged the furniture and changed the layout completely. Wife was not too happy when she came back home lol!0
