Hello. I linking my charger HR today and it says i have burned 12 calories, but on my S health app on my phone it has more calories burnt. why could this be?

    Unless it is only a few minutes past midnight, your Fitbit pretty much has to be showing that you burned more calories than that. Where are you seeing the 12 calorie number?

    on my phone i tap on the first thing that pops up in the app. says calories remaining and whatnot scroll down to exercise and it shows the fitbit tracker calorie adjustment and they number of steps and shows 12

    Oh, okay. You're talking about the MFP app, then. Not the Fitbit app. Those 12 calories represent the number of calories MFP thinks you've burned over what MFP expected you to burn so far today.

    If you touch that adjustment and then touch again (this is the way it works on my Android, anyway), you'll see the math that MFP is using to come up with that adjustment. On the web site, it looks like this:
