Morning, Everyone! Balance is something that we all have but did you know it deteriorates over time? Today we are going to work on our balance!

Today's Challenge: Stand, shift your weight to the right and lift your left leg for 30 seconds, then switch sides.

Or keep going until your legs get wobbly. This is a good way to test your balance and to work on it a bit! It also works out your legs a little bit too.
