More steps/better sleep

It makes sense, but has anyone else noticed that their sleep pattern data improves with more steps? I get it, but looking at the data really drives the point home.

When you say sleep pattern improves, you mean you get higher quality sleep? I've definitely noticed that. I have a Garmin Vivoactive and mostly cycle for exercise. On the days when I'm done cycling and I sleep, I definitely see an improvement in the quality of my sleep. Not so much how long I sleep, but definitely higher quality.

85% of my sleep is light, 10% deep sleep and in the rest probably I am walking in my sleep.
