    Wooohooo!! Feeling better already!! Hope everyone is beginning to see and feel little improvements. My jeans that were too tight from my Christmas weight gain now fit comfortably again. That's the absolute best motivation to keep this up!

    I think being back in routine is good for me. I've started keeping my carbs low & eating a "fat burning" breakfast- low/no carb.

    I just joined this website and this is my first group... hoping to lose 30lbs by sumer snf this group caught my eye. But I don't really understand how it works.

    We just fill in the form each week and hope our weight goes down or is there more to it?


    Basically lol.
    You can also add people around your weight and or anyone for motivation. These groups always help me stay on track. Not sure why but they do. You can post new threads on here and start a conversation with anyone and ask for help and tips. Just kinda helps everyone stay on track knowing they have log in their weight every week. ☺️

    *The dramatic change was (I'm sure) that Christmas and New Year saw me over indulging quite a bit and having a huge but temporary weight gain. Therefore the bumper loss!
