What's good to eat?

How about this day?
B-2 eggs fried in butter/oil, saurkraut
L- 1 pack tuna, avocado
D-chicken breast or thigh, steamed broccoli, salad

Done...like 900 calories, maybe 2g sugar

Or (make a chili, no beans....meat, peppers, onions, squash, etc)

B-Protein shake with raw egg
L- mixed nuts
D-chili, sauteed spinach or kale

Done...

If your immediate thought is, "Oh, I can't eat that." Two things:
1) You can have want you want or the reasons why not.
2) These are just examples, you sub in/out food that is appropriate for you (of course, following the guidelines of no sugar, grains, etc).

But any food entering your mouth above and beyond, you better think long and hard about why it's going in there! Consider, billions of people on the planet would love to have access to that food (who also don't have the 1st world problem of carrying excess fat on their body).
