We all know what to do, right?
Eat light, clean, healthy.
So these 4-week binges are just reminders of how to make this a lifestyle.
In our house, this is basically how we eat all the time.
But during these 4-weekers I will:
1) Go 6 on , 1 off. I do a carb-day (Sunday). And also on Wednesdays I eat a bit more calories than usual. You may not do that...you might try it and then not do it. Whatever.
2) Other days. Hard core. Low calorie, around 2-4g sugar.
3) Protein shake w/ egg, Mixed Nuts, Chicken/brocolli/avocado
So, get prepared, not just procedurally. Get some food cooked, get the plan set, throw away any *kitten* sitting around.
This sets the stage for psychological preparedness. If you are ready, you already know how this is going down...then you are already successful.
POINT IS: Find your style and approach. Execute it. Hold yourself accountable.
So there's no hesitation..."What if I get hungry on Tuesday?" "What if I get headaches?" "What if I get cloudy headed?" "What if....if....if...?"
Of course those things will happen...deal with it. It'll all be over soon enough, once your body adapts.

Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels.

I'm away this week but still will work on eating as clean as I can. I haven't read all the posts here but want to hear more about the intermittent fasting.0
