how to account for the exercise in my daily log

Hi, I'm dong the 30 day shred videos. I can't figure out how to add this to my daily log. I tried high impact aerobics but that's not really it, and I'm guessing the videos shred more than 189 calories. I'm wondering, how are other people entering it? It's a bit tedious to enter each exercise one by one, there has to be a better way...

I find circuit training under cardio exercises and log it for duration of 20 mins and it comes to 220 calories burned. i log it that way and I don't really care about exact calories burned..lesser the better for me so I don't eat back0
