Much better week. Going straight to the Yoga studio after work is working out a lot better.

    Well done. Last week was not a good week food wise. So it's anew start again this week. Fasting today and doing good so far. Did some swing kicks as well.

    Weight the same here. But, I am feeling a bit firmer and my jeans aren't quite as tight in the butt. Also, I don't have so much fat on my upper thigh...noticed at yoga the other day. So that's something!
