The Ten Week "I wanna get back on track after the holidays" group
1. Official start, Jan 4th. Official end is Mar 14th.
--State your goal--weight loss in lbs, kilos, stone, inches etc. or bodyfat percentage ratio).
---The goal doesn't have to be weight loss. Maybe your goal is to just work out regularly? The important thing is you want to enhance your current fitness lifestyle or start one.
2. Official check in is every Monday. Why Monday? I have a tendency to binge a little on weekends, so it is my hope this will keep other people with the same issue on track.
3. Feel free to post throughout the week if you have NSV comments etc. Totally up to you. I plan on checking in every single day.
3. However you do it is your business, vegan, paleo, low-cal, high intensity exercise or doing housework:)
4. Be realistic, have fun. The idea is to be mindful and focused about your goal.
