182.4. I might be plateauing. I've also started resistance exercises (kettlebells) two weeks ago, so I might be gaining back some lean muscle mass which is a good thing. We will see how it looks next week. The food choices have been good.

141.8 It's not coming off quickly, but it's creeping down, which is good. Clothes are fitting much better, too. This last week I've really been watching my carbs....feel better overall. I'm still shooting for 135.
Have been working out a lot....elliptical at home and gym, Zumba, StepJam, and treadmill.
Onward and downward!0
