184.6. Another good week. The new schedule of working, going straight to the yoga studio (instead of going home and sitting on the couch) is working. My lower back is doing better.
Once I hit 180; I will be starting the kettlebell workouts back up to maintain lean muscle mass.

Super week for you, B!
I'm down to 142.4....so a little loss. The weird thing - weird in a good way - is that although the scale isn't moving much, I must be getting rid of a lot of inflammation - as jeans and shorts I hadn't been able to get into in a year or so are fitting. Finding out what foods I'm allergic to has been a godsend. (and my tummy is a lot happier as well)
Anyway - onward and downward!0 -
Last week didn't go as planned. Back on track this week. Fasted yesterday and fasting again today and it is going great. I think I've finally got my mojo back0
