Aerobic: 30 min.
Of course, you can go 20 min. if that's your level or 70 min.
Just go low intensity. Any activity...whatever you like to do....just go aerobic.
This is the Savings Account. When you go for this amount of time, the body must use oxygen to make energy. It is building endurance...putting hay in the barn, if you will.

BTW...a nice brisk-paced walk does the trick here, too. And in this weather you get some cold therapy, too.
If intake is under control, and we are letting the body do what it is designed to do, walking is probably our primal exercise of the past...don't discount what a good 45min-hour walk can do for you...esp. on low cal eating!0
