I love seeing progress topics posted! How has the process been for you? How many more pounds are you looking to lose?

    Congrats, you look awesome!

Thanks Rob!! My goal weight is 185...so about another 33 to go. The progress has been pretty good. I wish I could work out more often, but the rapid weight loss has caused some issues with the gout issues I have. But it will get better!

I had my gastric bypass 8/18/2015 and I'm 70 lbs down. I am exercising 4 times a week - stationary bike and walking with some light strength training. I've been at a plateau since Thanksgiving. Yes, obviously I can eat more so trying to stay between 1,000 and 1,200 calories- having some issues. This is my first entry so looking for how others handle this issue. I started at 340 and I'm now 270, 5'4" so I want to loose at least 90 more pounds. I do know this is a lifetime journey but now I'm obsessing about food. Could be some head hunger issues - hmmmmmmmm........
