This delicious pulled pork recipe is what's going in my crock pot with a pork shoulder roast tonight, I just omit the sugar! Add a potato and some ghee and you don't even need the bbq sauce!0 -

The hardest part of the Whole30 for me was the veggies at breakfast. The smell of cooking veggies made me want to hurl during my first Whole30. To deal with this, I cook this carrot soup on the weekends to eat all week for breakfast (with eggs on the side).
Ingredients:
2 lb. baby carrots
1 large onion (chopped roughly)
Juice of 2 oranges
4 cups vegetable broth (I buy Pacific Brand, as there's no added sugar)
1 can coconut milk
1 tbsp. ginger (or to taste)
1 tbsp. curry powder (or to taste)
Salt & pepper to taste
Cooking
I throw all the ingredients (except the coconut milk) in a crockpot on high and let it go for 4 hours. Add coconut milk after cooking is complete, and then blend with an immersion blender. That's it. Easy veggies every morning! Makes 10 servings.1 -

Dinner the other night. So yummy! The chimichurri vinagrette was so good.1 -
Tonight's main event (all stuff I've made before, so these recipes are great):
Sirloin Tip Roast: http://paleoleap.com/sirloin-tip-roast/
Roasted Broccoli: http://paleoleap.com/sirloin-tip-roast/ (If you like your broccoli with that kind of charred crunchy finish that makes it taste a little like popcorn, throw the broiler on for a minute or two at the end.)
Along with some oven roasted new potatoes. Just going to be some avocado oil, S&P, and garlic. I think we'll have it with some chipotle mayo for dipping.
Because it's my weekend and I have the time, I'll probably also make a W30 apple crisp in the crockpot. So good on a cold day! That one is new, so I'll post later if it turns out ok.0
