Whole30 Friends
This is my second round. Did my first last January. I completed it without much trouble and saw many benefits. I planned to start the Whole 30 on August 1st but forgot about there being 31 days in July so I am a day ahead of myself. I started on July 31st so I am now on day 2. Anybody else on here currently doing a whole 30 or done one in the past?

Sleep
I'm not a good sleeper at the best of times, but I've found the last five days on the W30 have been horrible for sleep. I can get to sleep ok, but within about 4 to 5 hours I'm wide awake (once after only 3 hrs). I then toss and turn the rest of the night as I try to get back to sleep.
