Hi everyone,

I was curious what everyone does for exercise while on Keto? I've been reading some things online about not overdoing cardio, etc. I'm curious what has worked for you and doesn't over-stress your bodies? I used to be overly concerned with always getting my 10,000 steps in daily as my fitness tracker suggests but I'm afraid when I hit the gym I might be overdoing my cardio because I've seen a little bit of a plateau in my weight loss.

So what kind of exercises help keep you all fit and overall enhance your ketogenic lifestyle?

I've toned down my exercise routine. I now do the 10,000 steps and about four days a week I do some type of body work: yoga, stretching, tension stuff that I just follow my intuition on.

When you do the 10,000 steps be sure to eat at least some of those calories back. If you earn 500 cals from that walk you should eat 200-300 back into your day. For one you earned, it keeps you motivated and it also keeps you from stalling.

If you're trying to maximize ketosis I would say do the walk in the morning on an empty stomach. Not sure if that's backed by science but it seems like it would though huh?

You should definitely deduct your gym cardio from your 10,000 steps.

    Good luck
