Fitbit & Strava - both updating MFP

Greetings everyone!
I'm wondering if anyone else has both strava and fitbit setup to update MFP?
I notice I have two entries today -
Running (jogging), 5.2 mph (11.5 min mile) <--- (I assume this is strava).
Fitbit calorie adjustment <--- This is obviously fitbit.
Will the calories burned here be double counted in this case?
Thanks,

When I first set up mine it was double counting.
So I removed the Link to Strava - you still get the calories adjustment, just not the status saying what you did, you can still always add that yourself if you wish!
There may be another way to do it so I will watch this with interest...0 -
That's what I thought. Thanks for the feedback!0

Just thinking about this with my C25K app. I think it's double dipping in MFP. Does any one know if it doubles up on the fitbit? The running app talks to fitbit and the activity is logged when I wear my fitbit. Does Fitbit double the activity or knows that the running app is telling it something it already knows?0

I'm not sure Samantha - but a look at the 'exercise' calories that MFP is giving you daily should highlight if there is an issue. I think having MFP linked to multiple accounts causes it to treat the same exercise as multiples though! If your running app is only linked to fitbit, it should be OK though? But don't log the exercise separately in fitbit or MFP. (hope this makes sense?)0

I don't believe this is an issue but it depends on which C25K app.
Which one are you using? I'm using the one from Active . com0 -
I'm using one from zenlabs. I think it is doubling when I look at my calorie burn. Looks like I need to unconnect them and just update my timeline if I want to share my run.0
