    Goals: To do strength building exercises for my ankles. They are weak so I neec to build them up. Also continue with my chair toga for stretching and get more into low impact cardio and keep building on that...I got this!

    Goals: Still eating more veggies than I normally do, still making it to the gym, still in a deficit. I have been obsessively weighing myself, though, so this week I am going to TRY not to do it until weigh-in day. I also want to meditate at least twice this week.

    Goals: More water and start doing cardio. I have also started reading about eating clean. Going to talk to my nutritionist about it next week. Don't know if I can actually pull it off but looking into it. It's just a thought at this point.

    ok, this is it - no more fasting. I'm nervous!! I am heading to my mom's house where it is always hard to stay on track! This time I'm packing my scale. :) I'm posting a day early b/c mom does not have internet access. I will also post Feb before I head out.
