Bluebird's daily thread

No workout today, but ate well. The plan tomorrow is to work a bit later, so that I can go straight to the Yoga studio (stopping at home isn't a good idea).

I will be mixing in some kettlebells next week.

    Sounds good. I didn't get a workout in either - but I did get my evening walk. I'm trying to lessen inflammation, so technically can't do anything strenuous!

    My back is starting to feel better I may try a hot yoga class today. All in all, not as good of a week as I hoped, but injuries happen.

    I hear ya. Actually had a 2 pound drop this week....but the weekend will probably do me in. At least it's not going above my initial weigh in.

    10 minutes of kettlebells before going to work. Back seems to be ok, but I am going light.

    Well glad so say I am back on track was able to complete 3 fasts this week and have been incorporating simple body exercises. Did lose 1.8kg but that was part of what I gained so still not there yet hopefully will make it soon. Hope everyone is having a good week

    10 minute kettlebell workout this morning. Testing the back; which was sore after doing a KB workout earlier in the week.

    Welp, back seems to be fine (DOMs are a pain though). I will be doing another KB class tonight.

    Saw the dermatologist; she said I get the award for having the least sun damaged skin she had seen that day. I guess there are benefits to having grown up in Upstate NY.

    Not quite a daily thread;). Third week of kettlebells and my jeans are getting a lot tighter through the thighs, but looser in the waist. After this ten week challenge; I may just have to stay away from the scale and concern myself with body-fat ratio (although; I do prefer a swimmer's build over being muscular).
