I guess Monday I woke up got on scale first since before Christmas I had gained 10 pounds
I got scared I have been watching my600 pound life and thought how do they get that big
Well now I know just don't weigh yourself
So trying low carb as much as I can,gave up sweets day two and variety of exercises from Leslie to Richard to sean and treadmill
I admit I don't stick to anything more then 2 weeks so I need support

    Another day I guess really thinking about what I eat.monday I have a workbook I will start besides this site I bought it off amazon used

    Take it one day at a time!! Log your food everyday! Ask for help!

    Hello Nancy today dailyburn hip hop I joined sunday and its free for 30 days but will keep it
    Tomorrow jenny Craig consultation? Really not sure I have been a member several.it works but costly but budget and hope I don't have to over spoend
    Age 70 also tomorrow getting a hair cut pixie cut wow not sure but want something to give me a change

    I am confused. Are you doing Atkins or Jenny Craig? I have never been on Jenny Craig so I don't know whether they support low carb/high fat or some other diet.

    Jenny I thought about Atkins but they gave me free membership I had been a member before
    Down 7 pounds but last few days sick so not doing well
    Consultation ever two weeks100 on food two weeks
