Good morning!
I had a great weekend. Looked at some houses, but nothing we'll offer on right now. Tried a new strength workout and my arms are killing me! It's all good. Trying a new yoga class with my sister tonight.
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 12k steps

I had three terrible days of eating and not exercising enough, not logging or checking in with this group. Bad! That's over now. I plan to turn it around today. And I need to focus on the long haul, not a few bad days.
Goals: stay within calories, work out (done), yoga tonight, meditate. Add to my list of why it's a bad idea to eat too much. (I keep a list on my cell phone in case I have the fortitude to read the list before overindulging-- or preferably, instead of overindulging.)0 -

Had a fantastic weekend, up 1.1 which was disappointing but then I was away and eating out since Friday so I guess in the big picture that's pretty good. New day...
Today's goals:

water - didn't get my water in on weekend
strength training - done
HIIT class

My weekend was a total success and I had a very pleasant scale surprise this morning: I'm 2 lb lighter than Friday
Today we are starting a new week and my plans are to do my workout, walk, drink plenty, get good protein and have more amazing sleep.

Didn't post this weekend, but did quite well. Goals for today:
1. Cycle 2, day 1 Allpro workout - Done
2. Hit protein goal - Done
3. Get 8 hrs of sleep0 -
Great Day Today! Stayed within my limit and walked in the house to finish my 15,000 steps after work. Missed my Zumba Class, but only because I was stuck in traffic.
However, this was not a setback, because I DID THE 15,000 STEPS INSIDE! Yay for me. I did not get angry, only changed the direction.
Goals for tomorrow:
1. Stay within food budget
2. Go to Zumba Classes (2)
3. Clear out my home office (Organize your space/Organize the Mind)0
