What percentage should my fat, protein & carbs be please?

    Idk what yours should be but mine is 75/20/5 fat/protein/carb and 1400 cals imalmost to goal (10lb)

    The answer to your question depends upon a number of factors:
    • your height
    • your starting weight
    • your sex (male / female)
    • you goal weight
    • your daily activity level

    The link to the above calculator will help you figure out what your carb to protein to fat ratios should be.

    I do 65% fat, 25% protein, 10% carbs. I've been doing 1350 cals/day until recently. I'm female, 5'7", 39 y/o.
