    Idk what yours should be but mine is 75/20/5 fat/protein/carb and 1400 cals imalmost to goal (10lb)

    I do 65% fat, 25% protein, 10% carbs. I've been doing 1350 cals/day until recently. I'm female, 5'7", 39 y/o.
