How are you all doing today?? I've been able to eat healthier foods and I'm starting to get my fire back! Yay!!

How are your goals? Remember it's mind of matter. You guys can do this!!

    I've been doing better the past two days. Truthfully I'm worried because I start back school tomorrow which has always been the time I back track and gain all the weight I previously lost. This time I'm going to try to stay focused and not let the stress stop me from exercising and eating too much.

    I want to lose weight but my ultimate goal is to make this lifestyle longlasing. I always last 2-4 months before I get sidetracked and I end up sabotaging all my hardwork.

    That's exactly it. You want to make this a lifestyle change. You are TOTALLY on the right track! How did your day go today? Any chance you can prep healthy snacks and food to take with you?
