I had half a cup of saurkraut on my salad for lunch and when I went to track it differnet choices ranged from 0 - 9 g carbs? I also had 1/8 of an english cucumber and found wide variations in the carbs alotted depending on which cucumber choice I made in mfp???? Saurkrat could vary. I don't know if anyone adds sugar to theirs. Mine was homemade ... cabbage and salt are the only ingredients. Cucumbers are cucumbers and don't change much?

different entries are different, it's part of being a user generated database, try to check the usda website and find an entry that matches, and weigh your food for most accurate logging0

MFP carbs are a joke. I saw a friend's entry the other day for something like broccoli and shrimp over rice and it listed 5 carbs. Goofy.0

Yeah I've seen some far out numbers in friends diaries that are obviously wrong. Also, Some people scroll through until they find the lowest calories listed and go with that, not caring if if it's accurate or not..0 -
Try the avocado entry that has negative carbs0
