I love deviled eggs..thought i'd share how I've been making mine lower calorie. I often make a single hard boiled egg and eat them as a snack.

I use Helman's Dijonnaise in place of mayo to mix my hard boiled egg yolks. I will also add a touch a greek yogurt as well..with chopped pickle or celery. The swap of the Dijionnaise for mayo saves all the added calories of deviled eggs as dijonnaise is only 5 calories. I find I don't miss the mayo..which i typically love.

They aren't a "healthy" deviled egg, but these are the BEST deviled eggs I've ever had: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/236525/japanese-deviled-eggs/

Make sure you add the wasabi slowly and taste often so you can control how spicy it is. MFP clocks them in around 90 calories per half. Maybe you can do a mayo-substitute somehow to make them healthier? Any ideas? I've never messed around with Mayo substitutes...
