My name is Charice and I just joined TOPS. I go to my first meeting on Tuesday. To be honest, I don't know a lot about TOPS so I was happy to find this group. Any suggestions and friend requests would be appreciated!

    I hope you are enjoying TOPS. I lost probably 25+ pounds with TOPS a decade ago. I gained it all back after we moved. I'm now a TOPS online member.
