I use a dial scale, so I don't get any decimal points. But I had a total loss of 14lbs in January! I think I gained a lot in December, so I imagine the loss with slow down substantially now!0 -

My goal is 180 lbs...still along way to go but I am pleased with the progress. I now have lost more than my wire haired Dachshund, Barney, weighs [22 lbs.]
My Old English Bull Dog, Monty, weighs 69 pounds and is svelte. So I need to lose the equivalent of Monty + another Barney or that of an average 8 year old boy. Wow. How did I get here?0 -

I am doing everything I need to do.
I weigh my food, I follow my daily plan and eat within my calories.
I exercise daily up to 5 days per week.
I lift weights.
I changed up my exercise routine.
Still slow loss for month of January but some progress is better than none.
I look forward to being able to push past this!

Since I don't weigh in til Friday it seems my post are always late. So I cant really claim this loss for January but going by the weeks here it is. I put in some serious work this week as it was my first full week since joining a gym. I'm trying to figure out my new schedule/routine. I'm 20lbs from my initial goal.0
