Must be the Keto... the energy I had today.

I almost never have energy. Being diabetic, and having a really bad back problem, I probably have more days when I wish I could stay in bed, than get out of bed.

But last week I made myself exercise. Today was my 4th time exercising since I started doing LCHF... and definitely my energy levels are up. This never happened on Low Carb, Low Fat.

10 minutes on the treadmill....15 on the elliptical, 20 minutes yoga, and 20 minutes punching the heavy bag. I could have done a lot more, but I don't want to wake up tomorrow and barely be able to function, so I stopped.

As I mentioned, I lost 12+ pounds in my first 10 days ( know it slows down soon )...

But with the way I feel, I can definitely see me staying LCHF forever, if need be.
