How do you know how many steps you've taken? Do you count each and every one? I'd lose count after just so long. lol0

There are many pedometers available at low cost or you can invest in a Fitbit. I also use the following app: Moves. If you have the iPhone, there is the Withings app. MyFitness Pal also offers several products.0

@HealthyGirl104 - I am using my iPhone. The health app counts steps for me. At work I take 5 to 10 min breaks and walk around in my office. That is how I am able to get my steps in0
