Breastfeeding Mamas

If you breastfeed, how do you account for the calories burned? I created an exercise called "breastfeeding" and set it to burn 500 calories, since that's what I always hear it burns. Is anyone else taking into account the calories burned breastfeeding? Should I even be doing that?

That's what I do! Except I supplement too so I made my calories burned 250.0

Great idea and point! I didn't even consider those calories.0

I just set my activity level to active and am eating 1550 calories0

I added the 500 cal breastfeeding exercise as well since I EBF but was wondering if that's how I should add it as well.0

I would just go ahead and do that and then see what your weight is in a week.
