Hello everyone!!! Is anyone out there??? I weighed in this morning at 183.8!!! That's 26.2 lbs lost since 6 weeks postpartum! (Probably 56+ lost since delivery day!) How are you all doing?

I was thinking we could start this to write about our days, how we resisted temptation/or not, did our LO's let us cook that healthy dinner or wake up for the workout, etc. Just sharing our struggles or our victories for the day so that we can encourage or congratulate each other.

Our weekends are always so crazy. I always forget to log my food! Besides, between a birthday party and a church potluck, it would have been crappy anyway. Anyone else struggle with weekends??
What workouts do you do every day? I know it shows up when you log it in, but more specifically? I am thinking about starting strength training. Currently researching it because I don't know much about it.
So my odd was diagnosed with pcos this past week, but at her ped apt in Dec we knew there was issues because of her lab work. Her cholesterol is 305-!! 305!!! She is 16!!!
