Weigh-in Wednesday

Hey so IDK if we are allowed to post discussions but I figure it is better to ask forgiveness than permission, so here goes.

My weigh-in day is every Wednesday. I chose it bc it is easy to remember and not too close to the weekend when I may eat out more or whatever. Mondays are hard enough as it is.

I would like to update with pounds lost (or Lord forbid, gained!) every Wednesday.

When are yall weighing?

    I'm down with whenever. Sunday is my cheat day so hopefully all the crap I eat is burned off by then. I weigh myself pretty much everyday though.

    I find myself still using my old school pen & paper food journal in my kitchen more than putting it into the app, but still loving the group support.

    I do it while I eat, otherwise I forget. It also helps me watch my portion size when I see the calories piling up.

    I do it before I eat. Especially after 5. Forces me to make choices before it's too late (if I add more veggies instead of bread I can have another Oreo!!!)

    Since giving birth Nov 10th!! But I gained like 65!!! Gah. Ugh my love for burritos :neutral:

  • Today is also going to be my cheat day because anytime I lose more than 2 pounds in a week I'm going to take a cheat day that Wednesday. Got to maintain that milk supply ha ha Ha

    Haha I already had my unintented cheat day last night. Looks like Martinis increase your supply because I woke up mega engorged.

    Aaaaaand I'm holding my wt from one week ago. Glad I didn't go up, but stalled again. Other half made cookies....so hard to not eat them. It was my birthday last week and he asked to make me a cake. I said no thanks. This week, less sweets, more fruits and vegetables!!

  • Wow I nearly fainted when I looked at the scale this morning. It said I gained 1.5 pounds. After consistently eating under my goal all week. I was so upset I was ready to quit.

    Then since it didn't make sense I weighed again. Turns out the scale was off balance on the crack of the tiles. I re-weighed myself like four times just to be absolutely sure lol.

    I lost 2 pounds this week for a total of 47.8 :)

    I've been busy and forgot to pop in. I weighed myself this morning and I weigh exactly 171. I slacked off for awhile and gained 3 pounds back and it took forever to lose them again. I haven't been walking because my allergies are out of control and there's pollen on everything. It kills me just to wall outside. Hopefully all that is gone soon. My fiancé on the other hand has lost 25 pounds since January 1st. I'm so jealous of him.

    Heyyyy everyone! (I'm Momma924) I weighed in at over 235+ when I finally had baby Sean Patrick on 11-11-2015. He was 9lbs 1 oz. Christmas (6 weeks postpartum), I was at 210lbs. I'm down to 191 now and working to get down to 135. I was 175 pre-pregnancy, so I still have 16 pregnancy lbs to lose, and another 40 lbs to lose after that.
