Got in 15 on the ex bike today. Planned on a walk & yoga after work but I feel totally drained. The grandsons, their mommy & my husband have all had the stomach flue & I sure hope it does not attach to me (again).
We turned down our property deal we had going out west in Montana. I decided I don't want to keep working to pay for this plus my three little grandsons NEED their nana right now!

Walked w/DH and Bean this morning...it was so cold and windy!! then got on the recumbent for an episode of Castle then went to 1st grade then managed a 3 1/2 minute plank then 40 assisted pull ups then a 30 minute kettlebell workout. I'm done!! eating and reading is all I'm doing for the rest of the evening.

Decided to start off the month of February with a bang. Put up the 2016 Tour down Under, Peoples Choice Criterium video whilst on the hamster wheel. Oh boy, I actually tried to keep up with them. I did exactly half the distance and half the speed. Oh boy, I am paying now

Weather is awful. We just have one storm after another. Torrential rain, gale force winds and flooding. Fed up with it now. It has been going on since November.0 -
