PREP WEEK!

This challenge will begin on February 1st. For me, planning ahead makes all the difference, so make this week (and weekend) count! Some things to think about to help you be successful with a new challenge:

DIET/FOOD PREPARATION

1. Clean out your cupboards, fridge and freezer of all those lingering post-holiday treats.
2. Stock up on healthy foods and snacks.
3. Review recipes and plan meals for the week. If you don't have the desire or time to cook for yourself, then consider carefully packaged meal choices or join a healthy meal prep and delivery option.
4. Start logging your food now to ensure you've got the habit down.

GOALS and ACCOUNTABILITY:

1. Think about your goals and be ready to articulate them to the group for the 12-week challenge.
2. Invite friends and family to join you in your quest and/or join this challenge. Message me if any problems signing up to the group.
3. Consider what motivates you and share that with the group
4. How can participating in the group help you reach your goals?

EXERCISE:

1. Plan your exercise goals and routine.
2. Select clothing that is comfortable and easy to mix and match.
3. Consider treating yourself to new shoes, socks or workout wear.

    Just bought everything yesterday morning for the next three weeks. All healthy. Then I downloaded apps for IF, MapMyWalk and WalkLogger to keep active everyday. :-)
