Absolutely I have! Every single blood lab tracked marker of mine has improved.
(Edited to add that I started LCHF 1/15/15, switched to Keto 2/18/15, took some time off around the holidays, and I'm back in the thick of it again!)

I have! That's how I got started on LCHF. I was fasting from bread, rice, pasta, sweets, and processed foods!!

Nope. I was very skeptical of the "low carb fad" lol and it took years of banging my head against the CICO wall before I finally decided to give it a try, but I did a lot of reading on it first (I'm a bit ocd that way). Nearly three years later I'm still loving LC and still learning new things!

YES!! I had egg salad for lunch (ate lunch, no breakfast) but had a hard boiled egg with me for breakfast if I was hungry!!
