    Nope. I take a one-a-day multi. Not sure if it does anything and take it out of habit.

    The person below me has seen a significant improvement in the blood work since eating LCHF

    Absolutely I have! Every single blood lab tracked marker of mine has improved.

    (Edited to add that I started LCHF 1/15/15, switched to Keto 2/18/15, took some time off around the holidays, and I'm back in the thick of it again!)

    The person below me has tried a form of fasting - and enjoyed it!

    I have! That's how I got started on LCHF. I was fasting from bread, rice, pasta, sweets, and processed foods!!

    Yes indeed! French press coffee with one tablespoon coconut oil and one tablespoon kerrygold butter. Yum!

    Nope. I was very skeptical of the "low carb fad" lol and it took years of banging my head against the CICO wall before I finally decided to give it a try, but I did a lot of reading on it first (I'm a bit ocd that way). Nearly three years later I'm still loving LC and still learning new things!

    The person below me ate eggs for their first meal today (not counting any sort of coffee they might have had as a meal).

    YES!! I had egg salad for lunch (ate lunch, no breakfast) but had a hard boiled egg with me for breakfast if I was hungry!!

    The person below me is keeping carbs to under 10g a day!!

    Nope, but I am keeping it under 15 today. Trying to break through a plateau!

    No to both of the above (no snow to shovel here in Houston and I drink BPC often but not every day).

    TPBM wears a fitness tracker of some sort.

    Not really which probably puts me in the minority! Two slices max and I'm bacon-ed out!

    No, but I will assist at my son's wrestling practice.

    TPBM has a LCHF support person IRL. (Mine is my T1D hubby. He brought me along for the ride.)

    In person, no, but I do have an extended support group including some folks from here via phone, message, email, and facebook.

    TPBM met his/her water goal yesterday.

    No I have no excuse either as I'm a SHAMand was home most of the day.

    TPBM does all the cooking in the house.

    Well, not ALL the cooking but 95%. Hubs tries to help when he can.

    Not quite but almost. I think I started LCHF on February 22, 2015. Just a couple more weeks until my one-year mark.

    TPBM takes the stairs at work.

    I'm a SAHM so kind of N/A. We do have a bonus room and I take the stairs to that. ;)
