Hi Ladies hope everything is going well.So how was your first month of the new year, mine was good and I managed to stay on track both food wise and with exercise going to the Gym 3 times a week. Weight lost was 4kg or about 9lbs which I am happy with. Wishing everyone the best Jacki

So, I am a little frustrated with myself for not getting serious this first month. But, good news, I am on track and have done well since the 1st of February. Plan to be right there with you, come March 1st, when we report on the second month.
